How to find usThe Yacht Bay View Hotel is located on the East Promenade close to Morecambe Town Hall. It is a convenient base for the Lake District and the Yorkshire Dales, as well as the Fylde Coast. Most places can be reached by car or bus. How to get here.By road: (from the south)
From the M6, junction 34, follow signs for Morecambe, then East / Central Promenade. Turn left at the Broadway Hotel and the Yacht Bay View Hotel is ¼ mile along the sea, just before the Town Hall. There are no parking restrictions outside the hotel. Sorry we do not have a car park.
By road: (from the north)
From the north, junction 35 off the M6, take the A6, following signs for Morecambe. Turn right at the traffic lights after Bolton-le-Sands. On reaching Morecambe, Yacht Bay View Hotel can be found about 1 mile along the sea front.
By rail:
The nearest station is Morecambe, on the Lancaster to Heysham line. From Morecambe station, take a taxi, or walk along Northumberland Avenue, turn right and the Yacht Bay View Hotel will be on the right after about ½ mile. Station pick-ups can be arranged when booking.
By bus:
From Lancaster Bus Station, take a number 3 or 4 bus to Morecambe and ask for 'Town Hall'. Yacht Bay View Hotel is approx. 100 yards back. |
